Insurance Plans

We are happy to file your insurance claim to these participating companies. In order to receive optimal benefits, please obtain any referrals that your plan requires from your Primary Care Physician prior to your visit. Although most managed care plans do not require referrals to see a dermatologist, you can call the Customer Service number on your insurance card to verify your benefits.

If we do not participate with your insurance company, we will still gladly file your claim; however, you are responsible for payment of services when rendered and any insurance reimbursement can be made directly to you.

We do require a current insurance card and payment of any co-pay amounts, deductibles and co-insurance at each visit.
